The launch of the new brunch menu at The Bibo Restaurant was, surprisingly, my first time at the restaurant. Bibo opened in March 2011 and could be one of Vancouver’s best kept secrets, despite its central location on W. 4th Ave. There seem to be two Bibo camps, those who are true, loyal lovers, and those who have never been.
