Vancouver Farmers Markets will be hosting the third annual Corn Festival on Saturday, August 25 at the Kerrisdale Market, the newest of VFM’s urban markets.

3rd annual Corn Festival by Vancouver Farmers Market on August 25, 2012

Visitors will find fresh-picked BC corn by the truckload, corny joke books for kids, activities at the Fun with Food tent, fresh-roasted corn from Blue Smoke BBQ and corn recipes.

When: Saturday, August 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: Kerrisdale Farmers Market, East Boulevard between 37 and 41 Ave near Kerrisdale Arena

Why: Bright visuals, bustling crowds taking in the family fun and community of the farmers market
