Roll up your sleeves this fall with some of Vancouver’s brightest chefs. The Arts Club Theatre Company’s Celebrity Chef Cooking Classes run from October 16–November 7 and feature four-course menus with hands-on demonstrations hosted in private homes throughout Vancouver.

The Arts Club Theatre Company is pleased to announce its new lineup of Celebrity Chef Cooking Classes. From October 16 to November 7, four classes will be hosted in exclusive private homes. The fundraising series is dedicated to celebrating Vancouver’s top culinary talent and features first-class fare from the fall harvest paired with fine wine.
These classes offer an exceptional opportunity to indulge in four-course meals and meet like-minded foodies in a festive and relaxed atmosphere. Watch, learn, and lend a hand as top local chefs prepare delicious dinners and offer insider tips and demonstrations on innovative ways to enhance dishes at home. No experience is required – classes are structured to suit varied tastes and levels of expertise from amateur enthusiast to restaurant aficionado.

Tuesday, October 16, 6pm Sean Murray, YEW restaurant + bar wine pairing from Mission Hill Family Estate
Wednesday, October 17, 6pm Todd Bright, Wild Rice wine pairing from Ganton and Larsen Prospect Winery
Thursday, November 1, 6:30pm Bruno Feldeisen, YEW restaurant + bar (desserts-only class) wine pairing from Rigamarole Wines
Wednesday, November 7, 6pm Herve Martin, The French Table wine pairing from Mission Hill Family Estate
The fall lineup illustrates the abundant and contrasting dining choices available in Vancouver. Sean Murray of YEW restaurant + bar in the Four Seasons Hotel brings elegant five-star delights; his colleague Bruno Feldeisen spotlights pastry arts with the creation of four decadent desserts in preparation for the holiday season. For world flavours, Todd Bright, from Wild Rice, creates contemporary Chinese cuisine, and Herve Martin, from The French Table, brings the taste of classic European bistro dining.
Sommelier-selected wined provided by Mark Anthony Group explore the rich diversity of the Okanagan Valley region. The featured wineries are Ganton & Larsen Prospect Winery and Rigamarole Wines. Their flagship brand, the award-winning Mission Hill Family Estate will be the signature wine for the series.

Classes are $125 (with a $50 tax receipt), with the exception of the desserts-only class on November 1, which is $85 (with a $30 tax receipt).
