With a passionate beer educator as your guide, curious beer lovers and serious beer enthusiasts alike will discover, enjoy and discuss craft brews alongside a variety of food pairings.

Each destination features unique aspects of beer such as: beer history and brewing process, beer cocktails, modern gastropub snacks, how to pair beer and food, North West style beers, International selections, and more.

While not technically a beer & food pairing, a Guiness and a cigarette are about as good as it gets. As someone who stopped smoking that’s the pairing I miss most.

I love pairing one of my favourite beers, Kriek, with luscious desserts like cheesecake! The fruity beer compliments the desserts with a hint of sweetness :)
