New tour date request or inquiry
Public tours: please request a new tour date (that’s not available on our current calendar) at least 14 days in advance.
The tour will be priced as a private tour if booked within 2 weeks of the requested date until another party joins the tour (at which point, the private tour fee will be refunded entirely). The sooner you make the request, the higher the chance of it filling up!
Private tours are available by request at the additional rate per guest:
- 4-6 guests: $25
- 7-9 guests: $15
- 10 guests and up: no extra fee
Salt Spring Island Food Tour: Can’t find your date on the calendar?
Simply request your preferred dates below. We will ask for a 50% deposit to secure your spot. The tour will open when the minimum capacity (4 people) is filled. If the minimum is not met, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Payment Methods: All major credit cards or Paypal.
Tours conveniently begin in Downtown, Vancouver.
Arrive with a large appetite – plenty of food is in order!
Attire - Wear comfortable shoes and dress according to the weather.
Please reserve at least 2 days in advance.
Any cancellation must be made by email and acknowledged by VancouverFoodTour. The cancellation date will determine as follows:
- Cancellation 15 days or more before departure: Full Refund
- Cancellation 14 to 7 days before departure: 50% Refund
- Cancellation less than 6 days before departure: No Refund
50% deposits are non-refundable but is refunded in full if the tour’s minimum capacity is not met.
Attendees must meet BC’s legal drinking age (19 years old)
Itinerary is subject to change without notice.
The guide has the right to refuse service to disrespectful guests without refund.
